Returning for its second year, this weekend’s Dore Festival promises a free-to-attend live music all-dayer showcasing a wide range of artists and DJs from the Steel City.
Taking place at the Hare & Hounds pub, Church Lane, on Saturday 13th July, live acts will be playing the outdoor stage (which comes with a dedicated outdoor bar) from 2pm-11pm.
Headliner Mat Hook, who has been serenading Sheffield football fans during the Euros and will also be supporting Milburn in their Yellow Arch gig at the weekend, told Exposed: “I’m looking to getting on stage and getting stuck into an hour-long set. There will be some of my own stuff, some good singalong covers – it should be another cracking celebration of live music.”

400+ people attended Dore Festival last year, contributing to an enjoyable, family-friendly atmosphere.
Joining will be a lineup of 10 acts from across the region, including local rock ‘n’ roll legend Steve Delaney, international vocalist and eminent P!NK tribute artist Stacey Squires, riff-heavy guitar band The Hudares, indie-pop musician Cait Gregory, upcoming act Spirals and popular acoustic artist Ciaron Elm.
