Sheffield is cooking up a treat this month with a brand-new dining experience, Dine Sheffield; a chance to eat out for bargain prices.
Sheffield restaurants are offering up discounted menus in a week–long celebration of a new dining and culinary initiative, Dine Sheffield. The event, taking place from 21st –28th September, sees restaurants, cafes and delis serving up a mouth-watering selection of fix-priced meals courtesy of the city’s diverse culinary industry.
From popular haunts like Craft and Dough (presenting pizza, beer and dessert dough balls for a cheerful £15) to independent cafes like Ink and Water (serving up a coffee and cake deal for just £5), popular Mexican eatery The Street Food Chef (burrito, beer and churros for £10), to a sit-down feast at Cubana (set tapas menu for £15), there’s something for all the foodies out there.
There are around 50 restaurants getting involved, where many have put together a bespoke menu for that week at fixed prices of either £5, £10 or £15 for both lunch and dinner. With everything from Japanese to British, Italian, Spanish and Mexican, it’s safe to say it’s going to be a busy week!
Inspired by New York’s ‘Restaurant Week’, the celebratory dining experience gives everyone the opportunity to dine at affordable prices and to seek out new restaurants in the area.
Make sure you don’t miss out. Put the dates in your diary and take your tastebuds on a culinary adventure this month.
