Get ready to fill yer bellies, ladies and gents, as Dine Sheffield has announced its return in March – bringing with it a wide selection of deals and discounts at some of the city’s best cafes, boozers and restaurants.
Taking place 15 – 29 March, participating venues will be offering set priced menus ranging from £5 to £15 per person, allowing customers to save a bit of dosh at their favourite places or experiment with somewhere new at a reduced price.
As an integral part of Sheffield BID’s Alive After Five initiative, Dine Sheffield aims to boost the local early evening economy by attracting punters to the diverse line up of food options available in the city. We’ve had a little browse and amongst the 31 places currently signed up, here’s just a small taster of what you can get:
- 2 rice or noodle dishes for £10 at Sakushi
- 2 courses for £10 at Rev De Cuba
- Pie and a pint for £10 at Sentinel Brewhouse
- 2 courses for £15 at Silversmiths
- Burgers, fries and a drink for £10 at Bungalows and Bears
- Pizza, drink and NUTELLA DOUGH BALLS for £15 at Craft & Dough, Campo Lane
- Beer and a burger for £10 or 2 courses and a drink for £15 at Firepit BBQ

When asked about this year’s follow-up event, Diane Jarvis, Sheffield BID Manager, told Exposed:
“Sheffield city centre has a strong food offer, comprising of both big-name chains and much-loved independents. Following the success of the first Dine Sheffield in September 2017, when thousands of diners downloaded vouchers to redeem at city centre restaurants, Sheffield BID has decided to run Dine Sheffield again. Dine Sheffield helps boosts the local economy, increases early-evening footfall and gives diners the opportunity to enjoy fantastic deals across Sheffield city centre’s dynamic dining scene.”
During the two-week period, foodies will have the option to park in city council car parks from £1. Also, a 20% discount will be provided on Q parks in the city centre by using the code DINE20. For those using public transport, one half-price adult bus ticket will be available to those who download the First Bus m-Tickets app and use the code DineShef467.
