Smoke BBQ
Multi Exposed Award winners Smoke Barbecue is Sheffield’s first authentic US-style smokehouse serving ribs, steak, burgers and all the right accompaniments, think mac ‘n’ cheese, smoked pit beans, crispy onion strings – the good stuff. All the meat is spiced, rubbed and smoked slowly for hours using oak and hickory, and then finished on an oak fire open pit. What’s not to like eh?
