It’s almost that time of the year when we like to celebrate the best that Sheffield has to offer – the Exposed Awards 2023 will be hosted at Peddler Warehouse, 92 Burton Road this Thursday, May 18.
Here are some of the main details…
Doors open at 7.15pm. There will be live entertainment as you settle in, plus a one-hour interval between the ceremonies, and we’ve also got a very special guest performance closing the event.
It will all be wrapped up by 11pm and don’t forget, we shall be retiring to The Neepsend Social Club and The Parrot Club straight after the event for the official after-parties and then onto Firepit Rocks for the after-after-party.
Our host this year is brand new, the delightful Chris Arnold, so do be sure to give him a warm welcome to the stage.
For your dining needs, we have food provided by three fabulous caterers: New York’shire Pizza, who have a whopping ten pizza choices (including plenty of vegetarian and vegan options). They’re joined this year by Sri Lankan street food favourites Colombo who will be serving up a range of meat, vegan and vegetarian Kottu (shredded godamba roti, stir fried with onion, garlic, carrot, cabbage, egg and spices and taco impresarios El Contador, serving Pork Carnitas, Anciote Chicken and Vegan Chorizo tacos.
If you’re a VIP ticket holder, included here will be one dinner voucher per ticket so you can claim your food. If you have standing tickets, you can still get fed but you will have to pay! The outlets will only be open at the start of the event and in the interval, so either grab your food when you arrive or at the mid-point of the ceremony. We kindly request that you don’t get up during the awards.
So make sure you’ve cleared your diary for the next day, won’t you?
Thanks and enjoy the night…
