Foodhall is a wonderfully versatile establishment. Its functions range from that of a café, a dining room, an events venue, and a workshop space. In the past they have hosted a range of events including clay workshops, guitar lessons, live gigs, TV dinners, and of course their weekly community meals. Their objective is clear: bring the community together through hearty meals and a welcoming atmosphere.
Through their upcoming event ‘Foodhall does The Breakfast Club’ it hopes to once again bring the community together by combining food and film. The event will take place on Sunday, 2nd June, with breakfast being served at 11 am and the film being shown at 12pm. It will feature a beloved classic; ‘The Breakfast Club’, as well as a delicious breakfast spread that will make you want to throw your fist in the air in celebration. It will include vegan sausages, a cereal bar, fresh pastries, and of course, bottomless coffee.
With a pay-as-you-feel basis and a suggested donation of £10, everyone is welcome to join in this community brunch and enjoy the film. All the funds that will be raised will help Foodhall keep its doors open to the community, and its dining hall running.
